We currently accept a wide range of commercial and Medicaid insurance plans and are actively expanding our network. If you don’t see your insurance listed, please call us at (972) 544-9455 to check — we may already be in the process of credentialing.
For Medicaid plans, make sure to update your child’s PCP to Dr. Pragadeeswari Dhanasekaran (NPI: 1366975336) prior to your visit.
Please bring a valid insurance card and a government-issued photo ID to every visit. New patients should also bring a recent immunization record and arrive 30 minutes early.

We offer clear, affordable pricing for uninsured patients to ensure every child receives the care they need. Whether it’s a routine checkup, a sick visit, or a lab test, our fees are transparent and budget-friendly.
Pricing starts at $125.00 for New/Established patients. We also offer low-cost testing, vaccinations, screenings, and ear piercing.
